Choosewise provides recruitment consulting services to connect employers with qualified candidates across various industries in India.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate job descriptions, reasonable interview timelines, and prompt feedback on candidates. Payment terms as agreed in service contracts must be honoured.

3. Candidate Obligations

Candidates must provide truthful information regarding qualifications, experience, and availability. False representation may result in immediate disqualification.

4. Fees and Payment

Recruitment fees are charged to client organisations as per agreed terms. No fees are charged to candidates for our services unless explicitly stated for specialised services.

5. Placement Guarantee

We offer a replacement guarantee period as specified in individual client contracts. Terms vary based on the position level and industry.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the recruitment process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Choosewise is not liable for hiring decisions made by client organisations or employment outcomes. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee employment or candidate performance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
